The bedding was so rough and uncomfortable. I woke up in hives.
Front desk person at check in was rushed. Not helpful with information.

Cons:Food in restaurant was mediocre and overpriced; wait staff seemed disinterested

Cons:Breakfast too expensive. No microwave or fridge in room
Pros:Front desk staff was friendly and told us the easiest way to get to nyc.
Cons:There seemed to be a lack of staff in the dining area. The 2 different young men who waited on us were okay but seemed unsure of what they were doing. Which would have been fine if the prices werent so outrageous. If you are expecting guests to pay that amount for 2 appetizers, I would be sure to have appropriate staff to wait on them.

Pros:We really liked how close the hotel was to the airport. The shuttle between the airport and the hotel was about 5 minutes.

Pros:Love how close to New York and how easy was to get on and off the highway.
