Pros:Large rooms Value for money
Cons:Man at reception checking us in was neither friendly nor unfriendly, but somewhat neutral. IHOP (next door) deliveries in the morning were loud Nothing to do in surrounding area. Needed car for the evening to get anywhere, e.g. bar or restaurant.

Pros:Good Location with a good price. Very Roomy. Had good TV's with good channel line up and picture quality.
Cons:Had all pergo floors and barely any carpet. Seemed odd to walk on in the bed area. Also had ants but all in all good stay.

Pros:Did not like much. TV had HD, that is about the only positive attribute.
Cons:Small ramp was painted and very slippery after a light rain. I slipped and fell injuring my right knee. This is extremely dangerous. Painter should have mixed sand in with the paint to provide a safer surface. Rooms have not been updated in a long time. Rooms have very little sound proofing, can hear everything that is going on outside and adjacent rooms.

Pros:Room was clean and comfortable. Location was central though getting out to Tamiami from the hotel required u-turns.
Cons:Crowd staying at this hotel was odd: loud and drunk was kind of the norm during my one-night stay (which, admittedly, was on a weekend). The check-in guy was trying to be chummy but came off as too informal.

Pros:The only thing good about this place was the night desk clerk. He ended up not charging us for our stay.
Cons:We requested a different room once we arrived and we were told they didn't have any. Neighboring rooms had men who left their rooms when we arrived to come out and look at our daughters. 'You gotta get out here and look at this' were the comments. Our daughters and husband and I were very uncomfortable and we slept poorly as construction workers were outside of our room during the night, talking and drinking. We checked out before 7 am.

Pros:The proximity to beach, downtown, etc was great for the price! Pool was nice packed but still good.
Cons:Check in was not so good, no early check-in, and then when we got to our room we found the door cracked open with someone still passed out in their bed! Went back and it took quite a while to get it resolved. Place was clean, but beds were a bit stiff for my taste. No breakfast include in my price but others did have. A little late night noise from 3rd floor but not too terrible And for the nose inconvenience they adjusted the price. Would possibly stay again can't beat it for location and price!

Pros:Great deal and location. Security walk visible when going to and from my room. Pool was nice.
Cons:First night was next to a "fire panel" that did not stop beeping. Called from the room to the front desk, no answer. Called the national number, no answer. Googled the local number and called from my cell phone to get the manager. At first, he did not want to move us until I continued to complain then they moved is to another room. Next room a bit noisy at night but not too bad.

Pros:It was the cheapest and that is why we stayed there. The pool area was actually very nice.
Cons:It was very noisy and bright in our room all night. Not very luxurious, but you get what you pay for!

Pros:I chose this hotel because it was the most credible at the cheapest price.
Cons:The room was kind of dirty and old. The beds sucked. They also didn't let us check in early at 11:30AM which was a major inconvenience for us. They said check in was at 3PM. We ended up not showing up til 7PM and barely used the room.
