Pros:Loved our balcony and the view of the ocean. Loved our walks on the beach and hanging out at The Deck. Beautiful location. Would like to make this an annual things with the family. Good value for the money.
Cons:Things were rather disorganized - from parking & valet services to getting a key that worked to room service. I know everyone was trying, but it was rather chaotic. Better communication amongst the team would be helpful.

Pros:The location and amenities offered made this place a top choice of mine when traveling for a couple months.The rooms are great and there is even an amazing restaurant called DriftwoodKitchen.I would recommend this place to my family it was so good.
Cons:I took a smoke alarm off the wall due to low batteries I assume... Well because I wasn't in the frame of mind of being accused of being a smoker I left it on the counter when I checked out. I was charged a $300 smoking fee and didn't have much say in the matter. It pissed me off it was probably the 10th time I have stayed there and don't want to for a while because of that experience.

Pros:The front desk staff was so sweet and accommodating...I felt like I was friends with some of them by the end of my stay. The room was cozy and summery, with a cute little kitchen area and a counter with a large mirror right outside the bathroom. The beach was right down the stairs and across the valet road from our room...so close, you could hear the ocean from our room! The Deck, one of the restaurants connected to the hotel, was perfect for beach-side lunch. Proximity to town was ideal for roaming and shopping. We rented bikes around the corner and went all over the beachside part of town on back streets! I ended up booking another night's stay because I was loving the hotel and the town so much!

Pros:We were upgraded to a beach side room which was awesome. The room had a great view. The hotels location is great. Very comfortable bed.
Cons:Room was over the bar, extremely loud until bar close, which fortunately was shortly after 10pm. No parking except for valet which was ~$30/night

Cons:Stains all over ceiling. Bed and couch were very old and lumpy. Nowhere to lounge and be comfortable. When we checked in they laughed at me when I asked if any upgrades were available. Then they put us across from the valet stand, constantly giving us noise and chaos just outside the window. Between the bad bed and noise I never got to sleep past 9. Hot tub was yellow with urine. Kids were in it all day unattended.

Pros:I would have loved the beach/waterfront location if it had not been for the overcrowded beach front and hotel. This place was extremely crowded and tourist-y, more so than any other popular beach.
Cons:I did not like that our hotel check in was at 4pm. Parking was terrible and you had to pay. Right when we arrived we were stressed out about waiting for people to move in front of us, park and get into our hotel room. The room smelled like a wet dog. They gave us the wrong hotel room reservation. We over paid for a hotel room we did not get. The valet tried double charging us thinking we wouldn't notice. They also double charged us for the hotel room itself and I had to call and get it refunded. The Pacific Edge Hotel is a rip off and I believe you could have more fun and a better experience somewhere else.
