Cons:The service was horrible. The woman that works the desk, "the manager", was on the phone the whole time we were there, she refused to look up our reservation. After explaining that we made a reservation through KAYAK, she started yelling at us. She stated "WE DONT USE ANY BOOKING AGENCIES!!" and that they were "all full". After driving around the place we could see that the place was deserted. We left and tried calling KAYAK for help. They could not get a hold of anyone (possibly because the woman was on the phone still). We went back and the "manager" told us the same thing again, we ended up handing our phone to the "manager" so the KAYAK representative could talk to her. The woman went off and started yelling at the representative. This place is more than horrible. My family and I will never stay at an Americas Best Inn. Because clearly their name is false.
