Restaurant seems to be an understaffed afterthought; trying for efficiency at the cost of customer service. A few staff were helpful at the desk and food service; but they were seriously overstretched.

Cons:gold memeber, got smallest room possible+ most remote from elevator and stairs. it seems like they really made an effort to do as minimum as possible to have me as a returning customer

Pros:The staff was friendly and efficient. We had an overnight and then an afternoon flight so we decided to venture out to Windsor Castle. Paige was very helpful and cheerful about storing our bags and giving us directions.
Cons:The room was fine but wifi would have been nice for checking into flights, etc. Definitely an aging facility but if you can get a cheap rate, it does the job. The water was scalding hot almost instantly, so if you're travelling with children, be very careful!

Cons:The bed linens were washed or treated in a toxic substance which made it difficult to breathe hence difficult to sleep. Front desk staff were clueless and had no options of allergy-free linens.
