Pros:Not much
Cons:No trash can..at all. Hair in the bed..that wasnt ours. Dead bugs on top of bed. Broken chair legs. Thinest towels ive ever seen. Unlevel tub that made showering difficult. Lots of sketchy long term guests. People above us were up all night. No coffee.
Pros:I was in a room.
Cons:The neighborhood around this place burned my car and totalled it.
Cons:Kind of seedy seems like a lot of permanent residences kind of scary place! Not impressed
Pros:We were able to get parking right outside the door to our room, which was really convenient. The staff is very friendly, and the location is about 5 minutes from downtown! We had everything we needed, but not much more... Soap, shampoo, a hot shower, fridge, microwave and a flat screen tv, which was unexpected! If you're looking to save money while traveling and don't need the extra frills, this is definitely your place.
Cons:The floors were very dusty, like they hadn't been swept in weeks. But we just wore socks and it was fine.
Cons:I think some people stay or live there long term. Lots of street traffic starting about 5 in the morning, perhaps trucks heading towards a construction site . I could hear the people in the next room over talking. Not in a great part of town, so I put a chair in front of the door. The TV signal was very poor quality and buttons on the remote didn't work. The carpet was heavily stained, I wiped down all the hard surfaces to ensure they were clean. This building is way past it's prime!! If you simply want a place to flop and you are healthy, and don't care about the esthetics, this is your place.
