Pros:The lady working the front desk was prompt and helpful.
Cons:We were lent two cribs from the hotel. They had several stains, the fabric was tattered and a board was showing through on one of them. They didn’t offer crib sheets so we asked for additional blankets to wrap the base in. I still felt bad putting our babies in them. Our first room has mold in the bathroom and leftover Chinese food and an open soda in the fridge which made the room smelly. The lady at the front desk apologized and got us a new room. The next room had a dirty pillow case left on the desk. We called again to make sure the room was really cleaned. She assured us it was and said she would talk to the house keeper. Additional training for housekeeping would be nice and maybe a little more attentive management.

Pros:It was easy to get to. The room was decent and the bed was good.
Cons:Our room looked toward the highway and you heard it all night. Guess were noisy too. Breakfast was ok but had to ask for plates and bowls. Staff was nice but very short staffed at front desk. One person on at check in which took awhile and one person at check out.

Cons:Not a lot of restaurants to choose from. The Fire alarm went off 4 times at random times. Breakfast not ready.
