Pros:The room was so nice and much larger than what you would get at other hotels for the same price. Very clean. Staff was so accommodating and helpful. Most were very friendly. Cookies and popcorn in the lobby at night was a very nice touch, and breakfast was excellent. This will definitely be my hotel of choice when I come to Columbus.
Cons:Housekeeping starts knocking on doors at 8:30 a.m. . Would be nice if they waited until at least 10:00. Also a couple of them were rude when asked to come back later, huffing and rolling their eyes.

Pros:Helpful &frienfly staff. Room was very clean. Building very clean. Grounds maintained.

Pros:Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly & helpful and the breakfast was excellent.
Cons:The workout room was a joke. Even though there was a new treadmill, the rest of the equipment was made up of three different bikes; a Schwinn that had a bad left peddle (not useable), a Lifestyle sit back bike that did not work and a sit up that did work. There was no elliptical. There were no weights nor a weight machine. The towel rack was empty. There was a tv, but no controller. It was over all a huge disappointment...
