Cons:The room smelled terrible. A nasty old truckers hat was still sitting on the shelf. The other rooms were filled with sketchy folks that appear to be long term stays. The hot tub was greasy from too many chemicals or not enough. Two ladies of the night came to visit someone a few rooms down. Cars kept coming and leaving within 5 minutes. I’ll let you guess why. In the morning after a mostly sleepless night the police were staked out in the parking lot sneaking around trying to bust someone. Perfect stay if you want to get the full crack den experience.
Cons:curtains and walls could have been cleaned room had areas that needed painting had chipping paint ac wasnt working i woke up allot it was way too hot and im a person that keeps my ac on 80 during the summer i had ac in room at 69 so it was definitely not working only good thing was location
Pros:Front desk people where very nice and helpful.
Cons:Over roll the whole place looks dirty, pretty pool area, but rooms and stairs look that need to be taking care.
Pros:Wifi was consistently good, which is not always true at affordable places. Yay! Breakfast was good. Location convenient to causeway to Tampa.
Cons:Room showed age a bit, but not a big problem. Location isolated from other tourist amenities and things to do.

Cons:We booked 18 rooms. All of them were disgusting and smelled of mold. Terrible customer service. 0/10
Pros:The location was good and the pool area was nice.
Cons:Lobby is very nice and the suites, from the outside, look newer but the remainder of the hotel needs updating badly. The bathroom in our room appears to be original which would be 35-40 years old. Electrical outlets in our room and in the bar/breakfast room are minimal so extension cords are used to makeup for outlets needed. Bedding, furniture in room was very worn and furniture in bar/breakfast room the furniture was in the same condition. Surprised at the rating this hotel had.
Pros:The hotel was centrally located to many different amenities.
Cons:Unfortunately, the room had an intense mold smell which was worrisome. The sleep number bed remotes did not function at all and the bathroom needed a tile replacement due to many holes in the grout and moldy grout surrounding the tub faucet. Noise levels were too high even with minimal guests and the refrigerator freezer did not keep items frozen. I was not impressed and do not plan to stay at the hotel again.

Cons:Was bad experience was Roaches in room we seen more then one we even have pictures went to front desk and complain and only thing she had to say what do you want us to do not even offer us to change room she said I have bug spray to spray not good customer services and I specially rented this room because offer hot tub was out service I ask how long been out of service the person said couple of month you should put that online so people know first time using kayak to book not good experience sorry I have to be honest
