Our room had a terrible odor the entire stay. I called down to the front desk to see what we could do to fix it and I was told the hotel was fully booked and that they would send someone to the room to fix the issue. No one ever came to the room.
Pros:Very accommodating staff, the manager helped us out a ton because we stayed for a motorcycle show and needed a rather large space to park 15-20 motorcycles and she made it happen!
Pros:Very clean. All of the staff was super friendly.
Cons:The price. Booked a room at $130, price at check in was $180 after taxes, parking fees -$15, tourism tax, etc. I could’ve stayed elsewhere for that.
Pros:Friendly helpful staff. Rooms clean and well appointed. Restaurant good and not too expensive. Easy access to stadium and we could leave the car on site. Great cookies.
Cons:Slow drain in bathtub.
Cons:After paying $172.15 for one night, charging an additional $15.00 to park per night is uncalled for in my opinion.
Pros:Proximity to downtown and event venues; price; beds were comfortable; rooms were clean; front office staff were friendly and efficient; parking was easy; great environment overall
Cons:housekeeping didn't clean room until after 4pm and never left enough towels for our family of 4; door latch did not work properly
Pros:It was walking distance from my daughter
Cons:Extremely loud housekeeping in the halls by 9:00am. Had difficulty getting them to clean our room.
Cons:The cleaning staff was extremely loud in the morning. The walls were also paper thin and could hear other people's conversations almost word for word.
Cons:My hotel room only contained a pull-out couch-- no bed! I was not aware that this was what I was renting when I reserved the room.
