Pros:The cleanliness of the rooms top notch. Staff is friendly. Close to things.
Cons:Restraint in the hotels prices seemed expensive. But the food was good.
Pros:Was there for the anniversary of music artist Prince's death. The hotel decorated and kept Prince music playing all weekend long. General Manager was onsite all weekend checking on guests, making sure everything was running as planned. Best hotel experience in some time!
Cons:Wish hotel bar and cafe stayed open later that weekend (Midnight would be nice)
Pros:Rooms were clean, nice. Lobby is very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons:The pizza from room service was not very tasty. The shuttle was hard to coordinate and connect.
Pros:we missed the return shuttle from the MOA and had to take a cab. when we got to the hotel they reimbersed us the cab fare no questions asked. we would stay here again
Pros:The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We ordered pizza for dinner and it was delivered right to our room, which was very convenient.
Cons:The water pressure in the shower could have been better and the towels were a little rough. Also the mini fridge took a long time to cool anything because it had to be turned on first when we got there.
Pros:The front desk staff
Cons:Arrive at hotel, put our stuff down and leave. Come back later that night get into bed and see that there is blood on the sheets... I was already in the bed and had touched the area... This was detrimental to me... I was devastated.. We called the front desk , new sheets were brought up but we had to replace them ourselves... I literally can't think of anything worse than this.. Next morning we went down to tell the front desk staff they were apologetic but did nothing but a standard room cleaning... Will never stay at a Hilton again.
Pros:It was great ! Excellent Customer service, lovely room and great breakfast options.
Pros:Comfy beds, great view, friendly staff.
Cons:No adult swim time
Pros:The price, the pool, the fitness center, the cleanliness/appearance, the location.
Cons:Pillows and beds were pretty bad. Not comfortable at all. No breakfast provided, unless you wanted to shell out $9 a person for a continental buffet.
Pros:Hotel was clean, up to date, staff very helpful. Have stayed in three MSP hotels in last month and a half and this was by far the nicest. Very convenient location.
