Pros:This hotel is an old-style one, means its rooms are spacious like the good old days. It is not a luxurious hotel, but it is much more than decent, the rooms are very good, the breakfast is also an old-style - not sophisticated, just very good! If you are sick and tired from boutique hotels offering odd non-comfortable too-designed rooms and too sophisticated breakfast, this hotel is for you - less experience, much more comfort and value. The room is very clean. The location is very good as well - 5 minutes from KDW and very close to the gay area if it's important.
Cons:Actually nothing. They could be a bit more generous with late check out - the policy is very strict there - but nothing serious to complain of.

Pros:I travel quite a bit, and have stayed in dozens of hotels primarily because of my job. Would I stay in this hotel again? Maybe, but next time around It would not be my first choice, second choice, or third choice; only if nothing else is available in the area, and there are many choices to choose from in this hotels general area.
Cons:About the staff: I would say that half of the staff was extraordinarily friendly while the other half lacked couth; a bit on the rude side, and a bit impatient with issues dealing with guests. Those that were friendly were really great, and pleasant to come in contact with. About the internet; can't understand why only one person at a time can use the internet in room after it has been purchased. This is the first time I have had this issue. I was trying to book flights and we needed to use two laptops, but because of this odd rule we could not:VERY INCONVENIENT. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and did a wonderful job.
