The hotel location is good, easy access to BTS, central world and other amenities. We were upgraded for free which was very kind, however now I'm thinking I wish we had been given our original room. The room was hot and stuffy with the air conditioning circulating in the kitchen rather than the whole room. When the air conditioning was on it is all the could be heard as the unit outside sounded like it was getting ready to take off. In the nighttime this was amplified. Breakfast was disappointing. I have stayed in other centre points in Thailand and this was lacking in terms of choice, hospitality and atmosphere.
Pros:the bed and pillows was so comfy. I love it so much especially the pillows.
Cons:some of electric equipment inside the room must be update to the new especially TV and washing machine a little bit old.
Pros:Spaciousness of the room and location. The room was also well-lit, the bed was nice and large. Shower facilities were nothing special, but the bathroom was clean and everything worked well. Overall, it was a very nice experience.
