Sixt staff was difficult and unhelpful at pickup. Sixt in person staff and online staff both are extremely difficult to deal with and refuse to respect their stated cancellation policy.

I had to cancel but the cancelation process did not work smoothly. There was no link to cancel and nobody picked up at the number provided by Kayak. A cancellation by email did not work either. In the end I had to search through Google for a page to cancel.

Cons:

Made a booking but there was nobody available at the herz rental office to give us our car. The booking times online and those in reality don’t add up.
