I see I gave my review for this flight on my flight Zürich to Dubai rather than Dubai to Singapore.

Much better this time than our previous. We had Been thinking we wouldn’t fly with emirates again. I have a wheat allergy so request a gluten free meal. The meals provided in the past have been mostly inedible. So dry and hard and tasteless. I see what my husband gets given with a packed tray with treats and mine is uninviting and awful. I actually was hangry with little food and not able to eat and enjoy what was given to me 😡 This last flight was an improvement. The first meal was edible tho no treats, why can’t a chocolate be given like on the regular trays. I realise you are trying to make the gluten free a dairy free and probably vegetarian one at the same time to save you dollars tho it’s shocking to receive. The snack sandwich given was much better and edible, not hard and dry as previous trips. The final meal received, Breakfast had more variety and treats on it, thank you for that. At last.!!

The customer service was very poor. I didn’t get any accommodations for my cancelled flight. I was without any sleep for 36 hours.

On the Dubai-Gatwick flight the only meal options were Beef or Chicken. No vegetarian option. This was a surprise. I would usually order in advance but did not this time. Would have been good to know that a vegetarian meal is not available as a standard meal. Thankfully it was just me travelling, but if I’d had my kids with me that would have been a big problem for us.

Service needs to improve. Air hostess do not register flyers request and we need to keep on repeating our request to them on multiple occasions

I was traveling business purposes and I only had one carry on and a personal computer back pack . My carry on was 8.5 kg little more than allowable. At jfk airport check in they did not let me carry it . I was little disappointed.

Very bad !! My confirmed ticket got canceled with out notifying me in hyd airport , crew didn’t help us out !! They were very rude!! They made me pay for the confirmed ticket again !! Can you please let us know how I can get the refund for the ticket I paid

I enjoyed the live television programming for entertainment, and honestly everything was acceptable. It’s just that I choose emirates, because they have always been so much better in so many ways – food choices, service, accessibility, friendliness of the staff. None of those things were poor, but they have definitely slid from their position of excellence. One example would be that after the dinner meal was served, the flight attendants huddled in the back galley with the curtains closed (by the way, that’s where snacks and drinks are), and you have to interrupt them to go back there to either ask for something or to get a snack. While they do not respond in an unfriendly way, you are led to believe that you are interrupting them by coming to get a snack or making a request. Even something like, “ Yes, how many I help you?” would be a great improvement.

The individual attention the crew gives to passengers is commendable and I find them positively helpful.

Emirates is usually on time, but not this trip. Also, during the flight the attendants disappear unless called upon. Very strange. I have watched the quality of Emirates service diminish over the last five years.

Not impressed. Only allowed one carry on on such a long flight.

My seat that I booked over a year ago and some other passenger was sitting in it. They said they could not walk and they would not move. I was with my young kid and the crew did nothing to accommodate that. Just disappointed that the airline accepts that excuse from a passenger.

I liked the overall service and comfort. The only annoying thing was paying for excess baggage at the airport. They have limited options and they don't take all cards.

The business class experience was awesome - I will be using QATAR airways again and it'll be business class again - appreciate the privileges afforded to the business class clients - thank you.

Very very poor service. Authorities must take action against this airline immediately. Total failure to follow the rules and regulations of an international airline

The 2nd flight from Doha to Mumbai was not of international level expected while booking with Qatar

There was no phone charger, uncomfortable seats, unprofessional flight attendants, didn’t like food. Could not reserve seat in advance

In spite of placing requests for vegetarian food, I didn’t get it because they ran out of stock. According to crew, only fixed number of vegetarian orders will be carried. Typically, they should have checked and served those who had specifically requested. I was one of those to get the food last.

The qatar airways flights were great, the code share with Indigo could have been a lot better. There is no option for web check in, there is not information on the tickets for the INDIGO PNR this caused a problem with security letting us into the airport. The indigo staff did not even want us to line up before they opened the counters. There is not option on the indigo flgith to request special meals.

Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. The staff was kind and polite, but it was very very hot and no ways to have some fresh air.it would be also be nice to have more time to sleep, since it was a night flight

My wife and I were upgraded to Business Class on our Dublin-Abu-Dhabi flight on the 22nd of January. Being served by "Mariyan" (not too sure about her name, she's from Tunisia) was the real highlight of our flight, she deserves to be working with etihad. We are looking forward to the next upgrade as we are flying back to Dublin on February 01, 2024. If I am not mistaken we have just reached GOLD status as Etihad Guests.

1.Aircraft Comfort: The aircraft type was quite small with non-reclining, cramped seats that significantly lacked comfort. 2.In-flight Entertainment: There was no provision of in-flight entertainment screens or Wi-Fi for the majority of the flight. 3.Boarding Process at New Abu Dhabi Airport: Despite the move to a new airport, which promised enhanced experiences, the use of buses instead of jet bridges did not meet expectations, causing inconvenience. 4.Gate Change Communication: A last-minute gate change was poorly communicated, resulting in a long and difficult walk.

Very unfriendly team. It was very difficult to get a cup of coffee. Legroom was extremely small. Old, dilapidated plane.

Ripped off and broken seats in Business class. Seats stink and need to request the staff for additional bedsheets. Crew if very friendly though

Crew member took too long time to take back leftover food plates from passenger seats. Food was nice.Easy excellent checking.Guy at checking counter was really kind and helpful.Made our checking very quickly. Leftover food should be taken back ASAP. Because in economy class passanger have narrow space . In the long journey like this, passanger have difficulties to sit with the plates.overall experience was good.

The flight was small and was not cool very bad

I request kosha food all my flight but this flight didn’t imclude my kosha meal.

Check in was quick and gentleman was very nice and friendly, during flight crew members were polite and attentive, food wasn’t as it should’ve been. Entertainment section needed to be updated i.e add new movies

For the price we paid, I couldn’t complain. Was good value for money. Service was excellent but food was mediocre. Crew were excellent and spoke English. You will never go hungry. The food was ample but was mediocre. Entertainment limited and wifi doesn’t all allow you to access some social media. The best part was comfortable seats and bed (business class) with a screen to close out the rest of the cabin.

For the price we paid, we had a really good flight. The seats and bed (business class) was extremely comfortable. I have no complaints. The crew were very attentive and helpful. They spoke English and there were no misunderstanding although their English wasn’t perfect or fluent. You will never go hungry as there was ample food and drinks but their food for mediocre. The entertainment was limited to older movies and the wifi didn’t allow you to access some Social media. Apart from the above, it was a very pleasant flight. Would highly recommend them.

Good airline for the price. The Air stewardess are great, nothing is to much trouble. Will use again.

Cheapest option from Gatwick £400 cheaper than Emirates and Qatar. Entertainment no where near as good as Emirates and Qatar, but saved £400 so all good.

Great staff and food. Seats pretty uncomfortable but plenty of legroom. Entertainment system outdated.

How do you run out of beer after one hour of a twelve hour flight?!

Again, I was presented with birthday pastries two times as a celebrated my birthday on both legs of my trip. I will keep flying to China using China Eastern airlines. As they made this trip a special one thank you.

It was my birthday while I was on the flight on China eastern airlines. They celebrated my day by giving me a personalized birthday card and also a very delicious pastry. I was surprised and thankful by the China Eastern crew! The whole staff was kind and professional? My second flight into China and the most memorable! Thank you-

Couldn’t fly since they wouldn’t issue a boarding ticket. Something to do with not taking the departing flight since it was cancelled due to weather. No notice or anything about the trip being invalid. The app made it seem like I was all good for it. Never trusting travel agency

2 hours delay on the 1st plane out of the day!!!!!

The flight was delayed for almost 5 hours, but I understand that it was not up to the company, however how they could handle the situation better, they never apologized for that delay, moreover despite passengers being there for 7 hours only thing they did was to give a bowl of instant noodles, afterwards on the plane tiny snacks, people were there starting from lunch time and we’ve arrived to destination at almost midnight

Flight was delayed for 2 hours for no reason, then we spent almost an hour after boarding because of the weather conditions. If we left on time we could avoid that 😾
