Pros:Car was fine. Drove well no issues.Cons:Employee at the rental counter was borderline harassing with the rental experience. She was very rude, when performing the car inspection before leaving she was so insulting to me & my wife that my wife had to walk away. She repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking saying it was company policy to perform things a certain way. She was so smug and rude, then refused to provide her name & when I asked for her supervisor she gave me the phone number to her own desk. I’ve rented cars in over a dozen countries & I’ve never had anyone treat me that way. It really spoiled the beginning of our anniversary trip.Reviewed 18 Nov 2019
