I didn't realize the pick up spot wasn't at the airport, and so I arrived later than my pick up time. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The process, once I got there, took less than 15 minutes. The car was great! I had a really nice trip.Reviewed 23 Jul 2024

Was called and told car was not available and the systems do not update to demonstrate what actually is available. While the call was nice, the option was a different car or for me to drive 30 mins out of my way to another location to pick up the car I wanted - they were too short staffed to have a car brought to the location I needed, 2 days in advance. The car was not ready when I got to the other location, given it was new, there were still stickers on the windows which the representative took off after me asking and the gas was on empty. So the first thing I had to do was go fill the tank up. I feel this approach is intentional to benefit the car rental company because it's harder for the customer to gauge the fuel return vs just filling it back on full.Reviewed 10 Jun 2024

Never got the car that was reserved. Called a few days before to make sure the van was available and they said it wasn’t and that the district manager would call to make accommodations. Never received a call. Very disappointed.Reviewed 28 Apr 2024

Cons:Two days before our rental reservation I received a phone call to inform me there were no Vans available . The Enterprise Rental Manager did not do anything to assist us in the inconvenience. I reached out to Enterprise Corporate and never heard a response. Spoke to a Chris both times. He told me the Vans have been out well over 2 weeks so my response was why did you wait 2 days before our trip to inform me . I will never use this website or Enterprise again. I was able to rent a car through another Company and they now have a New Loyal Customer. Enterprise gave poor Custimer Service and your website was misleading.Reviewed 30 Mar 2021

Cons:The process was extremely fast... we honestly weren’t expecting such a swift and friendly experience and atmosphere.
