Pros:Staff was friendly....Cons:Trying to find the pick up/drop off location was not easy....the hours on the web site are different than the actual hours... was stuck at the airport at 8:00 p.m with my 6yr old son with no ride to get a car because they were closed... but the web site said they were open to 1a.m..and when I called to change the hours I rented the car for nobody mentioned the change in hours!!!! Pros:PICK-UP WAS HORRIBLE. WE WAITED OVER 2 HOURS TO RECEIVE OUR RENTAL. AFTER RECEIVING OUR RENTAL WE WERE GIVEN A CAR THAT WE DID NOT REQUEST AND WAS BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND WAS CHARGED FOR THE ADDITIONAL PRICE.
