When arrived at Budget, I was charged more than 7 times the price I had in my reservation with nothing extra. The price simply when up when I got there and didn't honor the reservation. In addition, Elizabeth ar the counter was extremely rude. I will not recommend.Reviewed 11 Oct 2024

Pros:Office was clean and easy to get to.Cons:The car I reserved was not there. I needed an automatic, any automatic. Kayak showed this location as having several automatic transmission cars, one that I reserved. But when I went to pick up the car, they were totally out. So I had to book from Hertz at the airport and we were put about 3 hours behind schedule due to commute, etc.Reviewed 19 Nov 2019
