Even though the vehicle had been reserved months in advance, when I came to pick it up, on time, I might add, nothing was availble. All of their inventory was already out on loan. I had to wait for approximately 2 and a half hours in a stuffy subterranean Enterprise office in the Gare de Lyon, Paris without proper customer seating nor ventilation. The rental location was extremely hard to find due to a lack of signage and location instructions at the train station. Finally, when I did obtain my vehicle it was a much larger SUV then requested and it could barely make it through the narrow driveways in the subterrainian parking lot. The car arrived filthy with two of the logo letters dangling from the back tailgate. The employees were nice to me and did what they could do to help by getting the vehicle cleaned quickly and finding an office chair in the garage for me to sit in while I waited for the car to come back in “clean” condition. The drop off at Charles de Gaulle airport was simple and efficient.Reviewed 15 May 2024

Basically I reserved an automatic electric car, they gave me a manual diesel car and had no other options for me, who doesn’t posses a manual car license. They supposedly added my partner (who has a manual car license) as an additional driver in the contract “for free” but ended up charging the fee in my credit card. Cons:Renter beware: there is no up-front warrning about the cost of insurance, and the agents give a high-pressure sales pitch at pick-up, attempting to pressure the customer into taking a package that doubles the cost of the rental. Otherwise, everything was fine!Reviewed 29 Jun 2020

Pros:The car itself was fine. It was just what we needed and the value was very good.Cons:The office was difficult to find. The website says its at the train station but once in the station, there are very few signs to direct you to the office. Also, the representative forgot to give us a ticket to get out of the garage so we left with the car and couldn't get out so my husband had to go back to the office and get the ticket.Reviewed 25 May 2020

Cons:There was no vehicle ready for pick-up. Waited a few hours for another customer to turn car in, and it was immediately rolled over to us. Had “standard” form to sign, vehicle unseen, plus additional security deposit. Went to vehicle and vehicle was filthy. Gas was was not quite full, key in ignition, and staff showed how to use GPS. Asked other questions about using, controls, etc. Fast forward, filled up with gas from nearby station, returned vehicle full to location instructed. Was a day earlier than reserved when dropped off - stuck in heavy traffic and missed closing time, but had instructions for after hours. Parked car in appropriate area, locked up, dropped key off in lock box, different floor. Next morning contacted about when car would be returned. They found car. Next they contacted because they couldn’t find the key. Found key. Then they contacted again looking for some secondary manual key that was supposedly inside the other key. They are attempting to trump up additional charges. Damage deposit still has not been refunded, and they have added high costs to the credit card used for vehicle. Dealing with this car rental place has been terrible right from the beginning. Situation is still under dispute and has not been settled.Reviewed 2 Jan 2020
